There is a 30-day time limit for all returns and exchanges.

All Items must be unused and in purchased condition. Food/ pantry items must be in-date and unopened to be returned or exchanged. All earrings are final sale.

Return/ Exchange Process:

In Store Purchases

In-store purchases must be returned in-store with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Online Orders

Online orders can be returned in-store with physical proof of purchase (email receipts must be printed). Returns without physical proof of purchase will not be accepted. Our staff are unable to provide or print-out proof of online orders.

If you are unable to return product in-store, please email info@forkstradingcompany.com to make other arrangements. Arrangements must be made and approved prior to anything being mailed to the store.

Return/ Exchange Options:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Approved exchanges will be made provided the stock exists and the cost is equal to that of the item to be exchanged.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

All earrings are final sale.

All clearance items are final sale.

Damage or Defects:

Items received damaged or defective may be exchanged for a replacement item at the discretion of our staff. Clearance items are excluded as they are purchased as-is.

In Store Purchases

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

In the event you are unable to return product in-store, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees required to return the item to our store.
