Maker Faire
Our Maker Faire is designed to be a vibrant marketplace, a ‘faire’ in its truest sense. It’s a gathering point where makers can exhibit their craft, tell their story, and connect with an audience that appreciates the love and care that goes into each handcrafted piece. Makers can learn, adapt, and grow their business. Designed as a flexible, accommodating space, our program aims to empower makers and nurture creativity, breaking away from the confines of the traditional brick-and-mortar model.
A showcase of 5 rotating Maker booths in-store that have been rented by small business owners and makers to bring their unique products to market. Our Maker Faire is comprised of 3 balconies and 2 crescents.

Rental Rates:
| Feb 5 – March 24 | $30/day – $210/week |
| March 25 – April 30 | $40/day – $280/week |
| May – November | $50/day – $350/week |
| December | $65/day – $455/week |
Prices do not include tax, and FTC reserves the right to change pricing
All rentals are Monday morning-Sunday night
There is a 90/10 split on all sales (90% to the Maker, 10% to FTC)
Included:
- Storefront from 9:30am-9pm daily
- Brand awareness to over 4 million visitors a year
- Connection with other Makers
- Flexible hours (make your own schedule at your booth)
- No daily set up and tear down – booths are opened each morning and locked up each night by FTC staff
- Re-stocks by FTC staff through the day if you are not there
- Assistance and advice on displays and business development
